Our office welcomes patients with any PPO insurance plan. To ensure we provide the highest standard of dental care, we have chosen not to participate as "in-network" providers with most insurance companies. Some insurance plans set reimbursement rates so low that they compromise the quality of care we can deliver, pushing for faster procedures and lower-grade materials. We strongly believe our patients deserve better.
Many PPO plans will cover a significant portion of our fees, so you can still receive exceptional treatment at our office. We’re happy to assist by filing the claim on your behalf. Many patients find that the cost of us being out of network is less than expected.
We will always provide you with expected costs upfront and with alternative treatment plans that are more affordable than the ideal treatment plan. We will work with you in finding a balance between affordability and sustainable oral health. While we are not in-network with insurance, we will make our best efforts to give you an estimate of how much your insurance benefits will reimburse.
We are a cosmetic (aesthetic), implant, and general dental practice that offers all dental procedures either directly through our practice or indirectly through local dental specialists. There are times that a patient's treatment plan may be too complex or out of the scope of general dentistry. In these cases, we can refer patients to our network of specialists that we trust and share the same philosophy with.
If you do not have a main concern and would just like a cleaning, you can sign up for a regular check-up and cleaning appointment. Instead of a full comprehensive exam, we will do a shorter version. The exam may not address all underlying issues that you may have, but will help you maintain your teeth at an acceptable level. After the exam, a regular cleaning can be done as well. However, if you will be needing a deep cleaning or any additional procedures, another appointment may be needed.
We offer many flexible payment options, including CareCredit and flexible payment options with Affirm and Cherry. Both options provide flexible payment options including 0% interest and only make a soft credit check to determine eligibility. You can apply for pre-approval through Cherry here.
We also provide a in-house membership program, where you can pay a monthly/annual subscription that includes cleanings, exams, and discounts on services. Learn more here.
We do not accept HMO, DMO, MediCal, or DentiCal. Please contact us if you have questions regarding how your insurance works. We can still treat you as a patient, but you will need to pay all costs out of pocket. We will always give you cost details and payment options before starting treatment.
We have parking in our building's parking garage. The entrance is on Wilshire Blvd. We do not validate parking.
We are unable to offer emergency dental treatment outside of our regular business hours. If you are having a dental emergency outside of business hours, please leave us a voicemail and we will try and respond as soon as possible. If you would like to be seen during our business hours, please call us right away and we will try and add you to the schedule for the next available time slot.
If you are experiencing intense pain or have a fever, call 911 or go to your nearest hospital as soon as possible.
